The word ‘As-Salam’ originates from Arabic and translates to ‘Safety’ or ‘Peace’. This word summarises the foundation for ‘Islam,’ the name of our faith (deen), and ‘Muslim,’ the term for its followers. 

Our school was founded with this faith at its heart, and we are committed to helping young people across the world develop a love and understanding of Islam, going beyond simply living within the faith to seek to understand its wisdom.

At As-Salam Arabic School for Kids, our teaching combines different formats to create an environment where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive. From large lectures to small class sizes, from classroom sessions to group activities, our broad co-curriculum draws on both modern and historical teaching methods so that everyone can learn in the way they see fit. We see that whatever we teach will be taught until the day of Qiyaamah.

We are an online-based school dedicated to challenging every student and creating opportunities for them to discover who they are meant to be. Our foundation is built upon the outstanding reputation of our founder school, Al Quran Institute. As-Salam Arabic School for Kids proudly passes this tradition of excellence on to children, fostering a deep understanding of Islam—its values, history, and connection to the modern world—rather than simply allowing them to become accustomed to it.
